 The dimensions in the size chart refer to the non-stretched underwear. Of course, the fabric is super elastic and expands as soon as you put on the pretty piece.
 As a comparison, you can simply measure and compare a well-fitting part from your closet.
 In general, however, the parts are corresponding to the size. If you always wear a size S, you should order this from us too.
